Reiki Level 1
In this beautiful two day workshop you receive all of the guidance, theory and practice to enable you to offer Reiki to your family and friends. You will benefit greatly by learning this hands on modality which encourages inner peace, relief of stress and anxiety, improvement of sleep, relief of pain, clearing and balancing of your energy and so much more. During this workshop you will learn the history of Reiki, what Reiki is, how it works and the benefits. How we can assist to heal illness through Reiki and how the chakra system works. You will learn how to perform a Reiki healing on another, yourself and with plenty of opportunity to practice. You will receive the sacred attunement for Reiki level 1, a thorough manual and a certificate upon completion. Reiki will bring you the gift of truly connecting with yourself and creating a deeper soul connection.

Reiki level 2
This is the advanced level of Reiki that enables you to become a practitioner and practice professionally if you choose. You must have a minimum of 3 months integration between level 1 and 2. During this workshop which is undertaken over two full days with a week break in between you will work on developing your intuition and learn to access your higher wisdom. This workshop encourages connection and spiritual growth, and is truly heart opening. You will learn three sacred and ancient symbols, their meaning and how they intensify your Reiki. You will learn to complete distance Reiki which is a wonderful part of the modality that you can offer to clients. You will receive plenty of opportunity to practice, share and connect with other like minded individuals. You will receive the sacred attunement for Reiki level 2, a thorough manual and a certificate upon completion.

Reiki Level 3A
This is a powerful and deeply soul connecting two day workshop that gives you an understanding of what you will experience if you choose to become a Reiki Master Teacher. This is run over two full days with a week gap in between, you must have at least 6 months integrations between level 2 and 3A. You will receive two sacred and ancient MASTER symbols, their meaning and how it intensifies your Reiki. You will develop a deeper connection to self, a stronger understanding of your shadow and learn how to embrace and accept yourself and others, deepening your compassion and releasing judgement. You will receive the sacred attunement for level 3A, a thorough manual and a certificate upon completion. This is a really empowering workshop, leading you to deepen your Reiki connection and begin to work with the true principles of a Reiki Master. You can begin your Reiki Master Teacher training at anytime after completion of this course.

Reiki Master Teacher
Reiki Master Teaching training is completed over 6 to 12 months of individual mentoring. This training will enable you to have all the tools needed to be a Reiki Master Teacher, and also encouraging you to become the master of your own life! Quan Yin Heart to Heart Integration group healing session
I will be facilitating a small group session (max 6 participants) with the beloved bodhisattva Quan Yin.
This 1.5hr (approx.) will be a heart retreat for you. A quiet, deeply receiving moment in time where you will be immersed in the loving energy of Quan Yin, the goddess of mercy, compassion and forgiveness. You will experience meditations/Visualisations, individual healing, space to rest, and create your own special connection to Quan Yin.
You will take home your own personal healing oil and a Crystal Rose Water spray.

AROMATIC KINESIOLOGY ONE
Aromatic Kinesiology® takes you into the world of aroma with an emphasis on enhancing the spirit, look and feel of your life. This pioneering work on the psychological benefits of essential oils and how they affect the integration of emotional experiences is powerfully represented in this beautiful workshop. We explore the power of scent and its ability to transform emotional states utilizing essential oils as agents of change.
This beautiful workshop includes guided meditations, acupressure for emotional regulation, time for quiet reflection and explores how to use essential oils as potent, yet gentle aromatic anchors to facilitate change and release unresolved stress. Within this framework you will learn many practical techniques that blend aromatherapy with kinesiology, narrative counselling styles and how to reframe emotional issues.
Aromatic Kinesiology was established in 1992 in Australia by Robbi Zeck. It offers a unique training perspective, exploring aromatherapy from an emotional perspective while focusing on the development of beliefs, skills and emotional openness that lead to a successful, loving and joyful life. Aromatic Kinesiology is recognised for its emphasis on gentle yet powerful heart-work and personal development. Robbi’s book, The Blossoming Heart is the foundational text for the delivery of all Aromatic Kinesiology workshops.
About the Workshop
Aromatic Kinesiology creates a clear pathway for understanding how to integrate essential oils into your daily life for your emotional care. Regular aromatic anchoring at the emotional level can lead to lasting positive life changes.
The Essential Oil Reflections from The Blossoming Heart book, are metaphors for positive change and are the focal point of the teachings found in the workshop. Think of these beautiful stories as a guide or a map for life, encouraging you to move away you from what you don’t want and move you towards what you do want in your life.
The workshop materials include the AK One manual and the Aromatic Emotional Barometer chart. All 60 essential oils will be available for your use during the workshop. You will also be creating several aromatic blends, including a massage blend to take home with you.
The skills you will learn during these workshops are equally applicable to yourself, your family, friends and clients and will empower you to use essential oils effectively to influence your physical health, your state of mind and your connection to spirit.
